The Fraser Stryker Summer Associate program is structured to give summer 的同事 a realistic experience, which is comparable to that of a first-year attorney. To cultivate legal knowledge 和 explore interests, we expose our summer 的同事 to a variety of diverse practice areas while they collaborate with our seasoned attorneys.

Participating in the Firm’s day-to-day business operations helps our summer 的同事 develop their legal proficiency. The Program’s goal is to provide a mixture of challenging, investigative 和 practical work assignments. Summer 的同事 are also given the opportunity to attend depositions, 听证会, 试用, 谈判, 和仲裁.  And because we underst和 how crucial client interaction is for summer associate development, we involve our summer 的同事 with client meetings, 会议, 以及其他与客户端相关的事件.

Each summer associate is assigned mentors to help facilitate both professional 和 social integration into the Firm. Program mentors provide summer 的同事 with guidance on assigned projects 和 offer ongoing constructive feedback to help improve their 技能. Summer 的同事 are given a mid-summer 和 final evaluation to provide formal feedback from their Program mentors.

Fraser Stryker has developed a corporate culture of continuous learning, which is why our attorneys take an active interest in promoting the professional development of our summer 的同事. We encourage summer 的同事 to proactively pursue feedback from our attorneys throughout their time at the Firm.

Social Events 和 Community Involvement

We know that a job is about much more than the work, it’s also about the people you work with each day. 夏季的同事, getting to know our attorneys provides a broader sense of Fraser Stryker’s culture 和 work environment. We host a range of social events for summer 的同事 to get to know each other 和 our attorneys on a personal level. We have signature events, like our tailgate at the 大学世界大赛, many impromptu events, such as lunches 和 happy hours.
