Mark advises clients in a variety of commercial matters from traditional procurement, distribution, and licensing transactions to bet-the-company deals.
Mark also counsels clients on issues related to the formation and growth of their businesses and advises established and emerging companies in a range of corporate law matters and business strategy.
Mark’s practice extends across a wide array of industries, including extensive work in the telecommunications, real estate, energy, and technology sectors.
In addition to representing our clients nationally, Mark has extensive experience advising clients in international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; and sales, procurement, and licensing transactions in the United Kingdom, Canada, India, Singapore, China, Japan, Vietnam, and Australia.
Mark earned his law degree from University College Dublin, Ireland in 2004. Before joining Fraser Stryker, Mark began his career in New York with a prominent Wall Street law firm.
